Terms of Service

By creating an account or using ClipCashX, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. About ClipCashX
ClipCashX is an online marketplace that connects businesses with TikTok content creators and UGC creators. Businesses create promotional campaigns or UGC orders; creators produce and submit content under the applicable brief and earn only when the relevant approval conditions are met.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must provide accurate information.
- One account per person or business entity is permitted.
- Duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be suspended.
3. Account Types
- Business Users create and fund campaigns.
- Creator Users join campaigns, post videos, and earn rewards.
4. Platform Fee Structure
Business Users: 0% platform fee on normal campaign rewards.
Creator Users: 10% platform fee deducted from each approved reward.
Example: €5.00 reward → Creator receives €4.50, ClipCashX keeps €0.50.
Current minimum normal campaign reward: €5.00 per approved post.
5. Business User Terms
- Business Users may create TikTok campaigns, set a per-post reward of at least the current €5.00 minimum, and fund a campaign budget.
- Campaign budgets are funded through the ClipCashX wallet, which can be topped up by card through Stripe.
- Normal campaigns target TikTok. UGC orders are separate two-video content orders with their own displayed price and workflow.
- Submissions are reviewed through the applicable ClipCashX review workflow. Review timing can vary.
- Business Users may review or flag submissions only where the applicable workflow authorizes it; Admin retains its authorized moderation role.
- Business Users are responsible for campaign content and legal compliance.
6. Creator User Terms
- Creators may access campaigns only when their account and campaign-access status permit it.
- Creators must post the campaign video on TikTok and submit the required proof.
- Each creator may participate in each campaign only once.
- The displayed campaign reward is gross before the 10% creator platform fee where that fee applies.
- Approved earnings may remain in a configured review/clearing period before becoming withdrawable.
- Creators must have a Stripe Connect account that is payout-ready to receive eligible payouts.
- ClipCashX does not guarantee campaign availability, approval, or total earnings.
7. Creator Access and Verification
- Creator campaign access may require verification and Admin approval, including completion of any applicable waiting-list process.
- A Creator whose Stripe Connect account is not payout-ready is not eligible for new paid UGC work until Stripe requirements are satisfied.
- ClipCashX does not guarantee fixed higher reward amounts or campaign access based on any profile status.
8. UGC Orders
UGC orders use the price and workflow shown in the app. The current standard UGC order is €50 total for two official final videos; the displayed creator amount is €45 and the ClipCashX amount is €5. The Business and selected Creator use the Workroom, and the Business makes the final approval decision. Revision, cancellation, refund, safety review, and evidence rules are governed by the applicable order state and the information shown in the app.
9. Campaign Reservations
A reserved normal-campaign slot expires automatically after three hours if no valid post or submission is made. A valid submitted post protects the reservation from automatic expiry.
10. Payments & Stripe
- Stripe provides card top-ups and creator payout infrastructure; internal wallet reservations, credits, and refunds are recorded in ClipCashX systems.
- Campaign and UGC funds are held and released only through the applicable authorized workflow.
- Unspent or refundable amounts are returned according to the applicable ClipCashX wallet/refund workflow.
- All amounts are in Euros (EUR).
- ClipCashX is not responsible for delays caused by Stripe or banking systems.
11. Referral & Earn
Where eligible, a referral reward is calculated as 50% of the ClipCashX commission generated by eligible campaign activity from a referred business. Referral rewards first remain eligible_pending; Admin approval is required before credit, and approved or rejected rewards are final. Referral rewards are not automatically generated by UGC orders unless the app explicitly indicates otherwise.
12. Prohibited Conduct
- Fake screenshots, fake accounts, duplicate accounts, fraud, manipulation, illegal content, and attempts to bypass platform systems are prohibited.
13. Intellectual Property
Business Users retain ownership of campaign content. By uploading content, they grant ClipCashX a limited licence to use it for campaign purposes. Creators do not acquire rights to campaign videos.
14. Limitation of Liability
ClipCashX is a marketplace platform and is not responsible for campaign content uploaded by Business Users. Liability is limited to fees paid to ClipCashX in the three months preceding the claim.
15. Account Termination
ClipCashX may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Users may delete their account from within the app.
16. Governing Law
The applicable governing law and contracting entity details will be published once finalized.
