5. Stripe

ClipCashX uses Stripe for card top-ups and creator payouts. We do not store full card details. Stripe processes payout data directly under its own privacy policy.

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with Stripe, Google Firebase, service providers required to operate ClipCashX, and legal authorities when required by law.

7. Data Retention

Retention periods depend on the applicable legal, tax, fraud-prevention, and operational requirements. Data is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required for those purposes.

9. Account Deletion

The mobile app does not use cookies. The website may use essential technical cookies only. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

11. International Transfers

Where data is transferred outside the EEA by providers such as Stripe or Google, transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
