1. Be Honest — Creators

• Submit only genuine posts from your own real accounts.
• Do not submit edited or fake screenshots.
• Do not use purchased, rented, borrowed, or bot-operated accounts.
• Do not create multiple accounts.

2. Respect Campaign Rules

• Post the exact campaign video without altering it.
• Follow additional campaign requirements.
• Keep the post live until admin review is complete.
• Post on the correct platform.

3. Be Honest — Business Users

• Only flag genuinely non-compliant or fraudulent submissions.
• Do not abuse review or cancellation actions to avoid paying creators.
• Business and Admin decisions follow the applicable campaign or UGC workflow.

4. Respect Other Users

• Do not contact users outside ClipCashX to avoid platform rules or payments.
• Do not harass, threaten, or share personal information without consent.

5. No Harmful Content

Businesses may not upload illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, hateful, sexually explicit, infringing, or dangerous content.

6. No Fraud or Manipulation

Bots, unauthorized access, review manipulation, and illegitimate chargebacks are prohibited.

7. Consequences

• Creators may face rejection, suspension, or permanent ban. Legitimate previously-earned balances are handled under the applicable policy and law.
• Business Users may face campaign removal, suspension, or permanent ban. Eligible unspent budget may be returned through the applicable wallet/refund workflow.
• Illegal activity may be reported to authorities.
