Creator Agreement

This Creator Agreement governs your participation as a Creator on ClipCashX. ClipCashX does not guarantee any minimum earnings or number of approved posts.

1. What is ClipCashX?

ClipCashX is a marketplace where businesses pay creators for approved TikTok campaign content and UGC orders.

2. Supported Platform

Normal promotional campaigns target TikTok. UGC orders follow the separate UGC workflow shown in the app.

3. Creator Levels

Verified	Email + phone verified, admin-approved	Access to higher-paying campaigns when available
Gold	Established track record, high approval rate	Priority access to higher-paying campaigns when available

ClipCashX does not guarantee fixed higher reward amounts for Verified or Gold levels. Higher rewards depend on business campaign budget, campaign availability, creator level, and admin approval.

4. Platform Fee & Earnings

ClipCashX deducts a 10% platform fee from each approved normal-campaign reward.
€5.00 reward → you receive €4.50.
€10.00 reward → you receive €9.00.
The reward shown in each campaign is the gross amount before the 10% deduction. UGC orders use their separate €50 / €45 / €5 model.

5. Payouts

Approved earnings may remain in a configured review/clearing period before becoming withdrawable.
Minimum withdrawal amount: €1.00 net.
Payouts use Stripe Connect.
Your Stripe Connect account must be payout-ready before eligible payouts can be made.
Stripe may apply its own fees or delays.

6. UGC Orders

UGC orders are separate from normal TikTok campaigns. The standard order requires two official final videos for a €50 Business total; the Creator amount is €45 and the ClipCashX amount is €5. Payment is released only after both official deliverables and final Business approval. Revision and cancellation rules follow the order state shown in the app.

7. Campaign Participation Rules

You may join campaigns for which you meet the minimum creator level and current account-access requirements.
Each creator may participate in each campaign only once.
You must post on TikTok and submit a valid link and screenshot.
Approval is not guaranteed.
You have two attempts to submit compliant proof.

7. Submission Requirements

The post must be publicly visible during review.
The video must not be edited, cropped, or altered.
The account must be genuine and belong to you.
The post must remain live until review is complete.

8. Prohibited Actions

Fake screenshots, fake accounts, early deletion, duplicate accounts, manipulation, and fraud are prohibited and may lead to suspension or other action under the applicable policy and law.

9. No Guarantee of Earnings

Earnings depend on campaign availability, creator level, and admin approval. ClipCashX does not guarantee campaigns, approvals, or income.

10. Intellectual Property

You do not acquire rights to campaign videos. You may use them only to complete the campaign.

11. Tax Responsibility

You are responsible for declaring and paying any taxes on your ClipCashX earnings.

12. Governing Law

The applicable governing law and contracting entity details will be published once finalized.
