Delete Account

You have the right to delete your ClipCashX account under GDPR Article 17.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please read carefully before proceeding.

How to Delete Your Account

Open the ClipCashX app.

Go to Settings.

Tap Delete Account.

Confirm deletion.

Cannot Access the App?

Email clipcash.support1@gmail.com or WhatsApp +34 613 34 55 68 with your registered email. We will process requests within 30 days.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

Your profile and personal data are deleted, except data retained for legal obligations.
Approved and withdrawable earnings should be withdrawn before account deletion.
Earnings under review, fraud investigation, or policy violation may be restricted where the applicable policy and law allow.
Business campaigns will be closed and eligible unspent budget returned through the applicable ClipCashX wallet/refund workflow.
Your Stripe Connect account is disconnected from ClipCashX, but your Stripe account itself is not deleted by us.

Data Retention

Financial and transaction records may be retained for as long as required by applicable legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or regulatory obligations. Other personal data no longer required for those purposes is deleted according to the applicable retention schedule.

Your GDPR Rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or objection by contacting support.

Complaints

You may contact the data-protection authority applicable to your location. Contact support first so we can try to resolve your request.
