Business Agreement

This Business Agreement governs your use of ClipCashX as a Business User.

1. What is ClipCashX?

ClipCashX connects businesses with TikTok creators and UGC creators. Businesses create campaigns or UGC orders, provide the applicable brief, and pay according to the authorized workflow.

2. Platform Fee

ClipCashX charges 0% platform fee to Business Users.
You pay only the campaign budget you set. The 10% platform fee is deducted from creator rewards, not from your campaign budget.

3. Supported Platform

Normal promotional campaigns target TikTok. UGC orders use the separate UGC content workflow shown in the app.

4. Campaign Creation

Upload a promotional video.
Set the per-post reward at or above the current €5.00 minimum and set the total budget.
Select the applicable creator access requirements.
Add optional requirements and deadline.

5. Funding & Payments

Businesses fund campaigns through the ClipCashX wallet, which can be topped up through Stripe.
Funds are released only through the applicable authorized review workflow.
Rejected submissions are not paid.
All amounts are in Euros.

6. Review

Review timing can vary.
Business and Admin review permissions depend on the applicable workflow.
UGC orders use Business final approval after the required official deliverables are submitted.

7. UGC Orders

The current standard UGC order is €50 total for two official final videos. The displayed creator amount is €45 and the ClipCashX amount is €5. UGC cancellation or refund, revision, safety review, and release follow the order state shown in the app.

8. Refunds

Eligible unused or cancelled amounts are returned through the applicable ClipCashX wallet/refund workflow.
Amounts already released to creators are not automatically reversed.
Stripe card refunds are separate from internal wallet credits unless expressly stated otherwise.

9. Content Requirements

Businesses are responsible for ensuring campaign content is legal, non-misleading, and compliant with platform rules.

10. Prohibited Conduct

Illegal campaigns, fraud, direct off-platform circumvention, and abuse are prohibited.

11. Governing Law

The applicable governing law and contracting entity details will be published once finalized.
