Refund Policy

1. Unspent Campaign Budget

• If a campaign is closed before the full budget is spent, the remaining unspent budget is returned through the applicable ClipCashX Business wallet workflow.
• Timing depends on processing and any applicable review.
• The full unspent amount is refundable, subject to fraud investigations and applicable law.

2. Non-Refundable Amounts

• Amounts already paid out to creators for approved posts are non-refundable.
• Fully completed campaigns are not eligible for refund.

3. UGC Orders

For an eligible UGC cancellation under the implemented order rules, the reserved €50 is returned once to the Business internal ClipCashX wallet. The Creator and ClipCashX receive no amount for that cancellation. This is not an automatic refund to the original card or bank account. Once official final delivery or release conditions apply, the order follows its authoritative review and dispute workflow.

4. Rejected Submissions

If a submission is rejected, the reward returns to the campaign budget.

5. Disputed Submissions

Submissions are reviewed through the applicable Business/Admin workflow. Review timing can vary and decisions follow the authorized review process.

6. Creator Earnings

Creator earnings are non-refundable once paid out. The 10% creator platform fee is non-refundable after approval and payout.

7. Payment Processing

ClipCashX wallet refunds are separate from Stripe card refunds. Stripe or bank delays are outside ClipCashX control.
